 Ten years ago my mother downsized and bought a townhome in River Forest. Patti handled both aspects with integrity, efficiency and friendliness.
This year my mother passed away and I contacted Patti to handle the sale. She provided an excellent analysis, suggested a selling price and provided tips on preparing the townhome for a good showing. We were leaving for an extended vacation a few days after the initial listing. Patti suggested we sign a power of attorney naming our daughter as our agent "just in case". Given the market, we thought this was probably an extra detail, but we respected Patti's advice.
Much to my joy, six days into my vacation, I received an email that a bid had been offered. By the time we returned from our vacation the closing was only a few weeks in the future.
Patti did a very good job and I highly recommend her.

"We had Patti walk through our home to make suggestions to improving the selling and marketing of our home. We followed through on those suggestions. As everyone is surely aware, this is a difficult market right now. From the point of listing (March) to closing (August) we easily had over 100 individuals come through the property. We received regular e-mail comments from Patti regarding feedback and input. Patti brought us three offers and at the end we had two competing offers that allowed us to actually increase the selling price by several thousand dollars as the potential buyers increased their offer. WOW! This is a buyer's market, but we believe because of Patti's aggressive marketing and management of our interests, she assisted us considerably.

Patti worked with our daughter and son-in-law as they searched for a home in Oak Park. During the search they looked at dozens of homes from beautifully redone to "what were they thinking?"
