Meet Patti Sprafka Wagner
 Patti Sprafka Wagner has been successfully listing and selling fine homes in the Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Elmwood Park, Galewood, Chicago, Berwyn, and Westchester areas since 1988.
Patti grew up in the real estate business and in the area she serves

Her father owned John J. Sprafka Realtors and later became Coldwell Banker Sprafka Realtors, a well known local real estate company serving that same marketplace for 51 years. Patti's experience and her Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
- This designation means she has extra training to help buyers handle all the issues into today’s market.
Besides the 4 designations, Ms. Wagner has been a Certified Relocation Specialist
for 19 years and is a Certified USAA Relocation Specialist,
who has been trained to handle the special needs of transferees and works with several relocation companies. Patti has also been chosen to serve on the Professional Standards Committee,
for the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors, for over ten years.
